As mentioned on our home page, we do offer a 24hr emergency call out service.
What Do I Do?
First of all is it a gas leak? If so , it is very important that you shut it off from the mains and immediately call Transco on 0800 111 999.
If it is not gas, but a water leak, again turn your water supply off at the mains, then call us here on our emergency 24hr number 07919 554739.
We can not guarantee to be able to attend to you, but we WILL try our best. If we can not do it, then we will most probably know someone that can, so give us a call anyway

Are we Registered?
Gas Safe Register has replaced CORGI in Great Britain and the Isle of Man. The register exists to protect you, your family, and your property from dangerous gas work.
By law, anyone carrying out work on gas installations and appliances in your home must be on the Gas Safe Register. Be gas safe – always use a Gas Safe registered engineer. Always ask to see their Gas Safe Register ID card.
What is the Gas Safe Register?
There is only one gas safety register that you need to use. Look for the yellow Gas Safe Register triangle not the orange CORGI registration badge.
Anyone carrying out work on gas must be registered with Gas Safe Register. If not, they are breaking the law and putting you and your family at risk.
Only a Gas Safe registered engineer is legally allowed to install gas appliances, boilers, hobs, ovens or fires in your home or workplace.
You must only use a Gas Safe registered engineer for any type of gas work, including installation, maintenance and servicing.
Are we Registered?
In short, Yes! We are fully registered with the Gas Safe register and our registration number is 222467. You can use this number to confirm our registration on any of the links underlined above. You are in safe hands with DCP!
